Purpose:

Measure velocity current structure from ship base ADCP survey

Data Parameters and Units:

RDI 1200kHz ADCP data. Three folders [Data_30sec_ensembles, Data_60sec_ensembles, Data_90sec_ensembles] with the following files in each folder: ADCP_data_TN_N.mat-- transect1_v1 [1 time (matlab date vector datestr(datenum(time)) converts to DD-Month-YYYY hh:mm:ss), 2 latitude (decimal degrees), 3 longitude (decimal degrees), 4, 5, 6, 7 depth (meters), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18], alpha1, beta1, data_dep_mat1, dep_mat1, lat_mat1, lon_mat1, time_mat1, u_mat1 (eastward sea water velocity verses depth profile), v_mat1 (northward sea water velocity verses depth profile). TN_N_rawadcp.mat-- [1 time (matlab date vector datestr(datenum(time)) converts to DD-Month-YYYY hh:mm:ss), 2 latitude, 3 longitude, 4, 5, 6, 7 depth (meters), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17]. BayMouthTransectYYYYMMDDhhmmss_NNN_ASC.TXT-- .
