Abstract:
The Community Resilience Learning Collaborative and Research Network (C-LEARN) is a multiphase study to learn how best to enhance preparedness and resilience in disaster-prone communities in Southeast Louisiana. In Phase 3 of the study, we conducted a second round of qualitative interviews with community leaders and stakeholders to rapidly assess evolving community needs, priorities, and assets as COVID became a growing global public health threat. Phase 1 of this study is available under GRIIDC Unique Dataset Identifier (UDI): T3.x889.000:0001 (DOI: 10.7266/HDNPECQ5). This dataset supports the following publications:
