Abstract:

Dataset includes tools to provide a framework that allows measurement and improvement of overall offshore facility culture by considering interaction between project and safety cultures, through the consideration of critical success factors.

Methods:

Data set includes tools that are developed for assessment and alignment: 1) assessment tool - a tool designed to collected data from operators and contractors during early stages of activity planning. 2) blended tool - a tool designed to compare the results from operators and contractors and show the misalignment including showing the interactions between project and safety success factors. 3) additional analysis tool - a tool designed to provide additional network analysis. 4) discussion cards - conversation cards discussion designed to promote continuous conversation of cultural factors on-site.
