Abstract:

Hydrographic data were collected during cruise EN527/EN528 using a CTD-rosette system aboard the R/V Endeavor. Our objectives were to collect water column and benthic samples at/near cold seeps in the Northern Gulf of Mexico. The ship departed Gulfport, MS on 6/6/2013 and collected samples at ECOGIG sites before returning to Gulfport on 07/03/2013. This file contains nutrient data merged with hydrographic measurements from the CTD bottle files.

Methods:

Nutrient concentrations were measured using standard colorimetric methods on a Lachat QuikChem 8000 flow injection system.

Instruments:

Seabird CTD-rosette for hydrographic data. Nutrients were measured using a Lachat QuikChem 8000 system.
