Abstract:

R/V Point Sur hull-mounted Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) measuring current velocity as a part of operations conducted in the northern Gulf of Mexico 2016-10-05 to 2016-10-09. Data were collected during R/V Point Sur cruise PS17-08.

Purpose:

These current velocity data were determined in support of minilander, water sampling, and glider deployment and recovery operations at GC767 and GC600.
