Abstract:
Dataset includes analysis of sediment collected during the R/V Endeavor cruise EN559 in the northern Gulf of Mexico from 2015-05-29 to 2015-06-20 at cold-seep and control sites. Measurements include concentration of pore water dissolved nutrients, dissolved organics, cations, anions and dissolved gases. Process rate measurements were also measured, including methane oxidation rate and sulfate reduction rate.
