Abstract:

This dataset contains fasta files containing sequence data, recorded ambient parameters such as salinity and temperature, Chlorophyll a and b, nutrient concentrations and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon concentrations.

Purpose:

To identify diversity of foraminifera with respect to location and season.

Sample ID, Sediment depth (mm), Station, Naphthalene (N), Acenaphthylene (ACL), Acenaphthene (ACE), Fluorene (F), Dibenzothiophene (D), Phenanthrene (P), Anthracene (AN), Fluoranthene (FL), Pyrene (PY), Perylene (Pe), Benz[a]anthracene (BAA), Chrysene (C), Benzo[b]fluoranthene (BBF), Benzo[k]fluoranthene (BKF), Benzo[a]pyrene (BAP), Dibenz[a,h]anthracene (DA), Indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene (ID), Benzo[ghi]perylene (BGP), and alkylated homologs (NC1-C4, P/ANC1-C4, DC1-C2, FL/PYC1-C4, BAA/CC1-C4, BP/PERC1-C4). LMW: low molecular weight PAHs, HMLW: high molecular weight PAHs, Total: sum of all PAH compounds excluding Perylene (Pe).
