Abstract:

Client interaction forms are designed to collect data on client interactions by community health workers in clinics or community-based organizations in Alabama and Louisiana. Community health workers administered and submitted forms quarterly to the University of South Alabama's Coastal Resource and Resiliency Center (CRRC) beginning January through September 2017.
