Purpose:

UWIN-CM provided high-resolution output of atmosphere, waves, and ocean circulation of Hurricane Ike (2008) and Superstorm Sandy (2012) for the purpose of research of air-sea interaction, ocean wave dynamics in hurricanes, and hurricane wind and wave loads on wind turbines.
