Abstract:

Physical circulation and biological fields from a 1/25-degree Gulf of Mexico HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model (HYCOM) coupled to the Carbon, Silicate, Nitrogen Ecosystem (COSINE) model simulation spanning March-April 2011. Ocean model is forced by 1/2-degree atmospheric forcing, includes tides, and data-assimilation. Included are animations of cruise tracks for MS7 and MS8 during 2011.
