Abstract:

This data set contains 72 fastq files generated from double digest restriction-site associated DNA sequencing (ddRADseq) data (NCBI SRA BioProject PRJNA554161). Sequence data were generated from individuals of the Gulf pink shrimp, Farfantepenaeus duorarum.

Purpose:

Data was collected to investigate the population structure of the pink shrimp, Farfantepenaeus duorarum, around the Florida Peninsula. Specifically, we aim to use population genomics to validate biophysical oceanographic modeling of dispersal along this region.
