Abstract:

This dataset includes the oxidation data for tested oleic acid/water emulsions, comparing the barrier properties of graphene oxide films to sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and silica particles. Purpose:

This paper analyzes the barrier properties of graphene oxide (GO) films formed at the liquid-liquid interfaces of dispersed droplets. The authors demonstrate the utility of GO films for controlled release and containment of materials with these two-dimensional barriers.
