Abstract:
A solution of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) in 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (TCB) was added to aqueous Cerato ulmin to study how a hydrophobin entraps a polymer solution. This dataset reports the Raman intensity, exciton bandwidth, energy, wavelength, absorbance for P3HT/TCB solutions. Solutions were observed the day they were created (day 0) and more than 30 days post creation (>30 days). Data were collected by Raman spectrometry and Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffraction.

Micro-Raman spectrometer with polarized light optical microscope: 785 nm laser source resolution 4 cm^-1, laser power = 40 mW and exposure time = 16 s. Grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD) at Stanford synchrotron radiation light source, beamline 11-3, X-ray photon energy = 12.7 keV, Mar345 image plate detector, incident angle 0.12 degrees, sample detector distance 400 nm.
