Abstract:

Biofilm mechanics at oil-seawater interfaces were studied using the pendant drop method and microrheology. This dataset includes video files recording phenomena caused by bacteria at oil-water interfaces and the resulting data analysis.

Planar interfacial data includes particles that are 1 micron in diameter. Pendant drop data has a needle that is 0.9081 mm outer diameter.
