Abstract:

This dataset contains Edgetech sonar data files, ancillary data files, screenshots of survey tracks, and the compete cruise workbook. Surveys were conducted at five sites between 9-23-2010 and 10-3-2013.

Purpose:

To characterize sea floor geomorphology, bathymetry, sediment, and primary benthic habitats specific to the Gulf of Mexico with an emphasis on topographical features that influence deep sea to shelf connectivity.
