Abstract:

Genome sequence and gene expression data for bacterial isolates that are used in our laboratory studies of hydrocarbon degradation under deep-sea conditions (low T, high P), Nov. 2013-June 2015. Consists of raw sequence data (Illumina, IonTorrent), assembled genomes, sequences of relevant genes that are differentially expressed under low and high pressure.
