Abstract:

Small subunit rRNA gene sequences investigating bacterial and eukaryotic community structure as well as n-alkane ratios. Both were collected from incubations in which Gulf of Mexico sediments were treated with one, or a combination of oil, nutrents, and protist inhibitors cyclohexamide and colchicine.
