Abstract:

This dataset reports particulate organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon, microbial data, and CTD data at various depths. These data were collected from three sites off the Louisiana coast September 2012.These data are included in: Kai Ziervogel, Christopher Osburn, Adeline Brym, Jessica Battles, Samantha Joye, Nigel D’souza, Joseph Montoya, Uta Passow, Carol Arnosti.
