Abstract:
Analysis of water and sediment samples collected during the R/V Endeavor cruise EN515 in the Gulf of Mexico, September 7 - 15, 2012, at cold-seep and control sites. Measurements include the concentration of dissolved nutrients, dissolved organics, cations, anions and dissolved gases acquired from 19 CTD casts and 5 sediment cores. This dataset and dataset R1.x132.135:0015 were used in the publication "Ziervogel K, D'souza N, Sweet J, Yan B and Passow U (2014) Natural oil slicks fuel surface water microbial activities in the northern Gulf of Mexico. Frontiers in microbiology 5.".
