Abstract:

Aerial imagery was obtained using AISA Eagle's Airborne Hyperspectral System VNIR over the Apalachicola NERR and St. Joe's Bay, Florida, in 2016. Dataset includes Images, shapefiles, and relevant field guides and brochures.

To spectrally distinguish and map seagrass beds using airborne hyperspectral data.

Methods:

Airborne hyperspectral imagery was captured using the AISA Eagle sensor in March 2006 over seagrass bed areas of ANERR and St. Joseph Bay, Florida. The sensor specification is included in the attached AISA Eagle brochure.
