Abstract:

These data represent paired, raw sequencing reads (read 1 and read 2 per sample) for 30 sea turtles sampled as part of the broader project during 2021-2022. The samples are from Chelonia mydas (n = 23), Caretta caretta (n = 2), and Lepidochelys kempii skin (n = 5).
